FAQs
Answers before you book
What is an apostille, and do I need one?
An apostille certifies a document's notarization or origin so it is recognized in another country that belongs to the Hague Convention. If a foreign government, university, or employer is asking for your document, you almost certainly need one, we confirm the exact route before filing.
Do you travel to me?
Yes. Mobile service is our standard. We meet clients at homes, offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, coffee shops, and title companies throughout Houston and the surrounding suburbs.
How fast is the same-day service?
Mobile notary appointments can often be scheduled within two to four hours of your call. Apostille filings are typically completed in 24 to 48 hours with rush handling, depending on the issuing agency.
What identification do I need to bring?
A current, government-issued photo ID such as a Texas driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The name on your ID must match the name printed on the document.
Can you notarize a document that is already signed?
No. Texas law requires the signer to appear before the notary and sign or acknowledge the signature at the time of the notarial act. Leave the signature blank until we arrive.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
We do. Monday through Saturday with evening slots, and Sunday availability by arrangement for urgent hospital or closing situations.
